En el primer Concurso de Oposición para la Titularidad de los Órganos de Operación Administrativa Desconcentrada, Delegaciones del IMSS, la enfermera Edith Bermúdez Alonzo fue elegida como la delegada en Jalisco.
La nueva delegada del IMSS Jalisco cuenta con una Maestría en Ciencias de la Enfermería, por la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. Bermúdez Alonzo cuenta también con dos doctorados: el primero en Administración, por el Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Chiapas Universidad Salazar y el segundo en Educación, por el Instituto de Formación Profesional del Sur S.C.
Fueron más de dos mil registros
Además, se desempeñó como Coordinadora Delegacional de Enfermería en la delegación de Chiapas por 12 años, así como jefe de enfermeras en el Hospital General de la Secretaría de Salud en Tapachula, Chiapas.
El proceso de selección fue presentado por 159 personas, tuvo un costo de siete millones de pesos y recibió dos mil 637 registros. Se contó con participación de médicos-jubilados y en activo, enfermeras y personal del IMSS Bienestar.
Para designarlos, en una tómbola se metieron a los ganadores y conforme fueron saliendo se fueron asignando a las delegaciones.
El sistema de selección es inédito
En noviembre pasado, en conferencia de prensa, el director general del IMSS, Zoé Robledo, informó que el sueldo de estas plazas oscilarán entre los 88 mil y los 91 mil pesos netos mensuales.
El sistema de selección, que es inédito en el IMSS, se pretende aplicar para la selección de otros puestos. Se utilizaría en áreas de prestaciones médicas y enfermería.
