Bahía de Banderas, already the undisputed leader of Nayarit and a national benchmark, is ready to take its competitiveness to the next level, said Héctor Santana during his working tour of Europe.
With the goal of turning Banderas Bay into the number one tourist destination in the world, the elected mayor Hector Santana He met with United Nations tourism authorities in various European cities.
“Bahía de Banderas is ready for more tourist investment. Much of the hotel investment we have in Bahía de Banderas is European, so I have established communication links and scheduled future work meetings with the director of UN Tourism, Jaime I. Mayaki.”, Santana noted.
During his tour, Santana also announced his participation in the FITUR World Tourism Fair, which will be held next year in Madrid, Spain. “At FITUR and with the support of UN Tourism, we are talking about putting our destination within reach of the strongest hotel chains in the world,” he said.
Hector Santana emphasized that by continuing to promote the growth of Nayarit from Bahía de Banderas, greater development, more jobs and a better quality of life for the inhabitants will be achieved.
